A Structured Approach to Managing Interstitial Cystitis

· My Approach

Interstitial cystitis (IC) can feel isolating. When urgency spikes or pain flares for no clear reason, it’s easy to wonder if you will ever find relief.

A Clear Plan, One Step at a Time

The Happy Bladder Program is a 12-week, step-by-step curriculum created by Dr. Julianna Englund, ND, LAc. Instead of chat threads or open-ended Q&A, you get a complete, roadmap that shows you exactly what to do and when:

  • Weekly check-in's so you can learn and take action without overwhelm
  • Pelvic floor and bladder retraining education
  • Science-based diet strategies to lower inflammation and identify personal triggers
  • Neuro-pelvic tools (guided meditations + self-hypnosis) to calm urgency and pain
  • Specific medical-grade supplement recommendations to help symptoms and heal
  • Printable trackers, checklists, and flare plans so you can measure progress and course-correct
