Empowering Bladder Health
My mission is to empower women with interstitial cystitis through education, self-awareness, and holistic tools that support recovery and symptom relief. The Happy Bladder Program blends evidence-informed strategies with mind-body practices and is offered in two versions: a self-paced course (available anywhere) and a California telehealth option for established patients (within the naturopathic scope of practice).

Expertise in Holistic and Integrative Medicine
I’m Dr. Julianna Englund, ND, LAc—naturopathic doctor, acupuncturist, and body-mind-spirit educator. With 15+ years helping women with pelvic/bladder conditions, I created the Happy Bladder Program as a clear, step-by-step path to relief—available as a self-paced course or, for California residents, a telehealth medical program.

A Compassionate Approach
Healing isn’t only about symptom management—it’s about having a clear, step-by-step plan.
The Happy Bladder Program is a comprehensive, self-paced, evidence-informed curriculum with step-by-step lessons, pelvic-floor education, science-based diet strategies, neuro-pelvic tools, and downloadable guides—designed to help you steadily reduce urgency, calm pain, and rebuild confidence.
California option: For established California patients, the Telehealth Program adds one-on-one medical visits with Dr. Englund (60-min initial + eight 25-min check-ins) for individualized assessment, treatment adjustments, and accountability—in addition to the full curriculum, within the naturopathic scope of practice.

Continual Learning
Dr. Julianna Englund’s path has been shaped by both rigorous training and lived experience. She received her doctorate in naturopathic medicine and her master’s in acupuncture and Oriental medicine from Bastyr University—an institution known for blending science with holistic care. Over the years, she has deepened her understanding through mentorships with visionary practitioners and by exploring healing modalities like qigong, craniosacral therapy, and mind-body integration.
Dr. Englund believes that healing is a lifelong practice—one that requires presence, curiosity, and a deep respect for the body’s wisdom. She brings this philosophy to every course she creates, inviting each woman to discover not just symptom relief, but connection, trust, and self-compassion along the way.
Her Approach
Dr. Julianna's healing philosophy is rooted in her I HEAL values:
• Integrity – Honoring your unique path
• Healing – Trusting the body’s capacity to repair
• Empathy – Care that listens, believes, and meets you where you are
• Authenticity – Encouraging truth and self-connection
• Leadership – Empowering growth and self-trustThere are no published blog posts yet.
