She is also a long-time instructor at the California Holistic Institute, where she teaches continuing education courses on cupping therapy, essential oils, and self-care for healing professionals.

The Happy Bladder Program grew out of years of clinical experience working with women affected by bladder pain, urgency, frequency, and pelvic discomfort. The program combines one-on-one naturopathic care with carefully selected educational resources, helping participants learn practical strategies related to nutrition, bladder retraining, pelvic floor relaxation, nervous system regulation, and symptom management. Drawing from professional education, published research, established mind-body approaches, and years of clinical practice, the program provides a structured framework designed to help women feel more informed, supported, and confident as they navigate life with interstitial cystitis.
